Required Qualifications :

  • 2 5 years as a BA in finance, fintech, or payments.
  • Experience in crypto exchange, wallet provider, blockchain startup, or banking innovation is highly valued.
  • Exposure to Agile product teams working with blockchain or payments infrastructure
  1. Domain Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain fundamentals, DeFi, Web3, and token economics.
  • Knowledge of financial products: payments, lending, trading, custody, KYC/AML, settlement systems.
  • Familiarity with crypto regulations (MiCA, SEC guidelines, FATF Travel Rule).

  1. Business Analysis Skills
  • Requirements gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD/User Stories).
  • Process modeling (BPMN, workflow diagrams).
  • Gap analysis and solution design.
  • Stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation.
