  • Maintain reporting on contract activity, renewal terms, and pricing compliance to support business visibility, operational tracking, and decision-making
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase contracting efficiency, improve sales support workflows, and strengthen deal accuracy and profitability
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience negotiating or serving as a lead participant in seller-side contract negotiations for complex commercial agreements, including multi-million-dollar contracts
  • 6+ years of experience reviewing contract terms, researching business provisions, and supporting agreement development in partnership with sales, finance, and legal teams
  • 6+ years of experience analyzing pricing structures, financial models, and contract documentation to confirm alignment between negotiated terms and commercial outcomes
  • Experience managing contract workflows and cross-functional deliverables across sales, legal, finance, product management, and operations teams
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and similar business tools to prepare, review, and revise contract and proposal documents
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting contracts within financial services, payments, or fintech environments
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar customer relationship management platforms for opportunity and contract tracking
  • Experience applying revenue recognition concepts and accounting practices in a contract review or pricing environment
  • Experience supporting pricing functions, including pricing workbook review and commercial proposal development

How you'll work:
