Kurt J. Lesker Company (KJLC) is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator (CXC) plays a key role within the Inside Sales team by delivering a best-in-class customer experience while supporting sales performance and operational efficiency. This role serves as a central point of contact for customer inquiries, order flow, and service coordination, ensuring timely responses, accurate communication, and effective internal collaboration.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating technical information clearly via phone and email.   • Type of Employment: Full-time
  • Location: Jefferson Hills, PA (Hybrid - regular onsite presence required)
  • Department: Inside Sales
  • Reports to: Customer Experience Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer orders, RFQs, and general inquiries
  • Route work to appropriate sales and internal support teams
  • Support customers with order status, invoicing, shipments, and RMAs
  • Coordinate service opportunities, including vacuum pump repair
  • Drive on-time order fulfillment by resolving shipment and past-due issues
  • Partner with Sales and Procurement to resolve order delays
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales-related or customer-facing role
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate technical product information clearly
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Dynamics 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated commitment to company values, mission, and vision
Preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of the vacuum industry or related technical products
