What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

In the context of aerospace quality standards like AS9100, roles such as experienced quality managers or consultants can earn $10,000 or more per month without requiring a traditional degree, often relying on extensive industry experience, certifications, and technical knowledge. What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an AS9100 Quality Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as an AS9100 Quality Manager, you need a deep understanding of quality management systems, aerospace industry standards, and experience with process auditing, typically supported by relevant engineering or quality certifications. Familiarity with quality management software, internal audit tools, and formal AS9100 certification is essential. These competencies ensure compliance, maintain product integrity, and drive continual improvement within aerospace organizations.

What are some common challenges faced by AS9100 Quality Managers during audits, and how can they prepare effectively?

AS9100 Quality Managers often face challenges such as ensuring thorough documentation, maintaining consistent process compliance, and addressing non-conformities during audits.
