Job description

The Recruiting Coordinator (Temp) will support recruiting and HR operations by coordinating recruitment activities, community outreach events, interview scheduling, background checks, job postings, and candidate record management. This role will also maintain HR systems and documentation, assist with company communications, and provide reception coverage as needed to ensure a positive experience for employees, candidates, and visitors.
Job Details:

  • Reports to: Recruiter
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate job fairs, community events, presentations, interviews, candidate pre-screens, and background checks
  • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards
  • Conduct candidate pre-screenings
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, candidate data, and recruiting files
  • Prepare and distribute company-wide communications and notifications
  • Provide reception support as needed, including greeting visitors and managing the sign-in and badge process
  • Support HR initiatives and administrative activities to ensure effective department operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required
  • 1 - 3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Receptionist
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have experience with and be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
  • Local travel may be required
Preferred
  • Associate degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience working in Human Resources or Executive Administration
  • Previous experience using HRMS and ERP systems
