Robotics Professional

This is both remote and hands on once the factory design is ready. This position works with engineers, designers, robotic professionals to make sure all documentation is recognized and managed using AutoDesk Fusion360 with Upchain. We have hundreds of machined components to make, and each part requires tooling and automation. If you like chaos and want to keep things organized, this is your job. We have standardized on Kuka bots that use Visual Studio to layout and program robotic G-Code to make pre and post processing events happen with Plastic and parts from CNC machines. These solutions need to be developed in 3D with supporting 2D documentation. If you can home a work-piece, set G54, set up cutters, design 3D fixtures, and CAM debur paths in Fusion360, let's talk about spreading your wings into robotic programming. You need to be super organized and be able to communicate with your lead developer we assign to your project. This work will start remote, then eventually we will need you on the ground here in Colorado. All project management will use Zoho Projects, Click, Kuka Sim and Kuka Visual Studios to develop a safe automated work cell that connects the various processes around the factory. Must know or be willing to learn something about pneumatic, sensing, PLC controls along with low voltage sensing. This job will work in conjunction with our Carl Zeise high speed CAD validation measurement technology called GOM. All need to be put under revision management so that when we go to copy the factory, we have one single source. Help us manage change orders, bill of materials and more. See you on the shop floor.
