Work you'll do/Responsibilities  

As a Manager at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.

  • Epic Cosource/AMS Program in a global delivery model. Delivering Epic KTLO and build services to the client.
  • Epic SME and coordinator of Deloitte's services across global delivery locations. Working hand in hand with client leaders to understand requirements, priorities and strategies to align our teams in the delivery of services.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Required

  • Epic RevCycle IT lead experience that understands broader rev cycle and not just patient billing.
  • Experience in Epic Resolute PB and certified.
  • Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Hospital or Clinic operations experience
  • Additional Epic Certifications
  • ITIL process knowledge
