Job Description :-

Core responsibilities include:

  • System Development & Configuration
    • Design, configure, and customize Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions modules (Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals).
    • Integrate Kronos with ERP/HR systems for seamless data flow.
    • Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
    • Perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Create and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.
    • Develop custom reports and dashboards using Kronos reporting tools and SQL.
  • Collaboration & Compliance
    • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.
  • Strong understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management.
