Job description

Software Resources has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for a Kronos Management Consultant with a major organization in Orlando, FL. Can be REMOTE.
The individual should possess demonstrated experience in the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of UKG Workforce Management (WFM), with specific experience migrating organizations from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to the cloud-based WFM platform.
Demonstrated experience implementing UKG Workforce Management (WFM) in a complex public-sector environment with multiple collective bargaining agreements, 24/7 operations, and integration to PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll. Experience configuring and validating union-specific pay rules, work rules, premium pay, overtime calculations, leave accruals, and payroll interfaces is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-years of progressively responsible experience implementing and supporting UKG Workforce Management solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or participating in multiple UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Workforce Management (WFM) migration and implementation projects.
  • Experience with complex enterprise implementations involving 8,700+ employees (or similar large organizations).
  • Experience working with public sector and/or unionized workforces is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of payroll and timekeeping business processes.


Project Goal:
Provide expert consulting services necessary to successfully complete the County''''s migration from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Workforce Management (WFM), ensuring all payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, reporting, integrations, and Data Hub components are fully configured, tested, validated, and operational for production deployment, while transferring sufficient knowledge to County staff to support and maintain the system after implementation.
