What is Kronos implementation?

Kronos implementation refers to the process of setting up and configuring the Kronos workforce management software within an organization. This process typically includes assessing business needs, installing hardware and software, integrating Kronos with existing systems, customizing modules, migrating data, and training users. The goal is to ensure that the Kronos system effectively manages tasks like employee scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
