Job description

Krazan & Associates, Inc. is a full-service engineering firm with offices across the West Coast. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Business Development Coordinator to support our Exeter, CA office.

The ideal candidate will be versatile, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities while providing exceptional customer service to clients. This position combines administrative support with proposal preparation and marketing assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls from clients, contractors and other consultants
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and client inquiries
  • Assisting with proposal preparation and submission
  • Support marketing and business development efforts
  • Distribute reports via email and US postal mail
  • Perform filing, data entry, typing, and other administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Experience with proposal preparation, marketing, or business development support is a plus
  • Construction, geotechnical, or related industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook*
  • Type minimum 40+ wpm
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize daily work
  • Excellent customer service skills
