The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our well-established and growing urology service. With an anticipated provider departure in early 2026 and a steadily expanding Veteran patient population, this is a timely opportunity to step into a high-impact role within the nation's largest integrated healthcare system-the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

We are recruiting to:

  • Fill an upcoming vacancy on our main campus urology team, and
  • Support an additional opening at our Vero Beach Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (approximately 2 hours north of West Palm Beach), with no required travel to the main medical center.

Your Role: Urologist

Major Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a full spectrum of urologic conditions.
  • Perform surgical procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and open surgeries.
  • Conduct outpatient clinics and inpatient consultations.
  • Participate in shared call rotation with the urology team.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical and surgical services to ensure coordinated care.
  • Document care in the VA's electronic medical record (CPRS).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review.
  • Supervise and teach residents and medical students, as applicable.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday
Participation in call rotation is required.
