Kraus Restoration is looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Manager to own a territory in Northern New Jersey. If you’re naturally outgoing, love building relationships, and want a role where your personality directly drives your income—this is it.
What You’ll Do

  •  Build strong, lasting relationships with contractors, vendors, and referral partners 
  •  Be out in the field daily—meeting people, networking, and growing your presence 
  •  Turn conversations into opportunities through smart follow-up and consistent communication 
  •  Represent Kraus Restoration at events, meetups, and industry functions 
  •  Create and execute marketing strategies across email, social media, and in-person outreach 
  •  Manage your territory like your own business and drive revenue growth
