Kraus Restoration is Hiring: Business Development Manager (Field-Based | Northern NJ)
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Not a desk job. Not remote. This is for someone who thrives on being out in the world, meeting people, and making things happen.
Kraus Restoration is looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Manager to own a territory in Northern New Jersey. If youre naturally outgoing, love building relationships, and want a role where your personality directly drives your incomethis is it.
What Youll Do

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with contractors, vendors, and referral partners
  • Be out in the field dailymeeting people, networking, and growing your presence
  • Turn conversations into opportunities through smart follow-up and consistent communication
  • Represent Kraus Restoration at events, meetups, and industry functions
  • Create and execute marketing strategies across email, social media, and in-person outreach
  • Manage your territory like your own business and drive revenue growth
