Screen Printing Segment Director
A results-driven professional, experienced in business leadership, GTM planning, and with excellent knowledge in the screen printing textile industry.
Reports to: Chief Product Officer
Your success will be measured by meeting business objectives while maintaining excellent customer engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, your ability to grow our business will play a major role in your success. This role requires a high level of collaboration with different units and partnerships with other leaders in the organization to align and execute Kornit's strategy.
What will you do?
  • Drive Kornit's Screen segment go-to-market plans and strategy.
  • Serve as the domain expert in Screen Printing segment sales and drive the plans, knowledge base, and activities to increase business.
  • Establish connections and promote the Screen Printing segment business within strategic customers worldwide.
  • Work closely within a matrix organization (with regional presidents, Screen segment regional sales functions, and Screen Printing segment Product Marketing) and customers to achieve business results and growth plans for the Screen Printing space, ensuring we provide a best-in-class portfolio and appealing offerings.
  • Ensure our Screen Printing segment portfolio is constantly aimed at our customers (working closely with product marketing).
  • Work with both customers and internal interfaces in a high-intensity environment, ensuring that the cycle of planning (short and long term) and execution is carried out.

Requirements
What should you have?
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end business-oriented or product oriented organizations in a global environment within Screen Printing industry.
  • Highly proficient in the field of garment screen printing.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, innovative person with analytical, problem-solving, and top interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen, wide knowledge, and experience in financial planning and strategy.
  • Non-formal, energetic change-agent, with demonstrated ability to solve complex personal/process problems in a complex matrix environment.
  • Passion for customers.
  • Excellent oral, presentation, written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Thrives under pressure and in high-intensity environments.
  • English fluency - a must; other languages - an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
