The Director of Products & Solutions for the Americas is responsible for defining and executing the regional product, solutions, and go‑to‑market strategy across Kornit’s portfolio. This role connects global product innovation with regional market needs, enabling scalable growth through differentiated solution positioning, sales organization enablement and empowerment, strong ecosystem partnerships, and high‑impact commercial execution.

The position serves as a strategic bridge between product, marketing, service and sales—translating market insights into actionable programs that accelerate adoption, improve sales productivity, and strengthen Kornit’s leadership in digital textile and apparel decoration.

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing, Products & Solution Direction
  • Define and lead regional product and solutions strategy aligned with global priorities and market opportunities
  • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and commercialization across segments and applications
  • Develop and expand a differentiated solutions ecosystem, including strategic partners that enhance Kornit’s end‑to‑end offering

  • Strong knowledge of apparel decoration and digital textile printing markets, including customer applications and trends
  • Deep understanding of textile inkjet technologies and production workflows
  • Proven experience in segment strategy, application development, and market expansion
  • Experience leading go‑to‑market initiatives, campaigns, and large‑scale industry events
