Bilingual (French/English) Patient Support Representative – Remote Canada

Location: Remote – Canada (Bilingual: Canadian French & English)

Role Overview:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, clinics, and medical professionals. Manage inquiries, orders, medical deliveries, and logistics. Requires strong medical terminology knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to process complex information. Candidates must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, CRM like JDE) and troubleshoot independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, fax, or online
  • Manage patient and clinic orders, documentation, and data entry
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Expedite urgent orders and resolve shipment, return, or credit issues
  • Process credits/returns, set up new patients, maintain records
  • Recover medical equipment from patients exiting programs
  • Participate in training and team meetings

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Fluency in Canadian French & English both
  • Located in Canada for compliance
  • High school diploma
  • 4–6 years in customer service, supply chain, or call center
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Schedule:

  • Training: 6 weeks, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, paid, fully remote
  • Production: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, 30–40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri
