Bilingual Korean required
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven B2B Sales Support Specialist to support and grow our K-Beauty wholesale business. This role combines account development, retail relationship management, and sales operations support to ensure seamless execution across retailers, distributors, brand partners, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate understands retail and distribution processes, is comfortable managing both sales growth and operational coordination, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Job Description
1. Account Development & Sales Execution
  • Develop and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and marketplace partners
  • Identify new B2B business opportunities within beauty, skincare, and personal care categories
  • Present product lines, pricing, and promotional programs to clients
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
  • Support line reviews and product launches in alignment with retailer requirements
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed

2. Sales Operations & Retail Support
  • Monitor purchase orders, shipment schedules, and delivery confirmations
  • Track sell-in, sell-through, and inventory levels across accounts
  • Coordinate product updates, pricing changes, and packaging revisions
  • Support accounts receivable follow-ups and deduction management
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams

3. Reporting & Data Management
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports by retailer, brand, and SKU
  • Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights
  • Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records
  • Track promotional calendars, markdown programs, and marketing initiatives
  • Support demand forecasting and inventory planning

Qualifications
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales support, wholesale, or retail operations
  • Experience working with major retailers (e.g., Costco, Ulta, Target) preferred
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis required)
  • ERP or CRM experience preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Korean Bilingual required

Preferred Experience (Beauty / CPG Industry)
  • Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods distribution
  • Familiarity with retail programs (TPD, co-op, IMU, promotions, etc.)
  • Understanding of sell-in vs. sell-through metrics
  • Knowledge of inventory planning and deduction management
