We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused B2B Sales Operations Assistant Manager to support and optimize our national account sales operations.
This role will serve as a key bridge between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Brand partners to ensure seamless execution across major retail accounts. The ideal candidate brings strong retail operational knowledge, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional processes in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Job Description

1. National Account Sales Operations

  • Support strategic retail accounts (e.g., Costco, Ulta, Target, Nordstrom)

  • Oversee purchase order tracking, allocation, and fulfillment coordination

  • Monitor sell-in, sell-through, and inventory health across accounts

  • Support line reviews, seasonal programs, and promotional execution

  • Coordinate new item setup, SKU onboarding, and retailer compliance requirements

2. Forecasting & Inventory Planning

  • Assist in demand forecasting and replenishment planning

  • Work closely with supply chain to optimize inventory levels

  • Identify potential stock risks or overstock situations

  • Support pricing adjustments, promotional forecasting, and margin analysis

3. Financial & Deduction Management

  • Monitor retailer deductions, chargebacks, and claims

  • Coordinate with Finance to reconcile invoices and AR

  • Track trade spend, co-op programs, and promotional investments

  • Analyze gross margin performance by account and SKU

4. Reporting & Business Analytics

  • Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports

  • Analyze trends and provide insights to senior leadership

  • Track KPI performance (sales growth, IMU, inventory turns, margin)

  • Support executive presentations and retailer business reviews

5. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate with Brand partners on pricing, packaging, and product changes

  • Partner with Marketing on retail activations and in-store programs

  • Improve internal operational workflows and reporting systems

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Korean Bilingual required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales operations, wholesale, or retail management

  • Experience working with major national retailers strongly preferred

  • Strong Excel proficiency (advanced functions, pivot tables required)

  • ERP experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple high-volume accounts simultaneously

  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Preferred Industry Experience

  • Beauty, cosmetics, or CPG distribution

  • Experience with retail programs (TPD, co-op, IMU, promotional planning)

  • Knowledge of retailer compliance, chargebacks, and deduction processes

  • Understanding of margin analysis and working capital impact
