Job Description

As we continue to expand our growing portfolio of hospitality brands and new store openings, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.


In this role, you will support the design and marketing team in developing visual assets across print, digital, and in-store experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced hospitality and lifestyle company while gaining hands-on experience working on restaurants, cafés, retail concepts, and new brand launches.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, menus, signage, packaging, social media content, and promotional graphics
  • Support store opening projects with environmental graphics, wayfinding, and branded collateral
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for print vendors and fabricators
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple concepts and locations
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams on ongoing creative initiatives
  • Organize design files, asset libraries, and project documentation


Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of graphic design experience (internships welcome)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Photography, motion graphics, illustration, or Figma experience is a plus
