Senior Developer - AI Chatbot / AI Agent

Job Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered chatbot and AI agent solutions, with a strong focus on end-to-end conversation orchestration, enterprise integrations, and customer experience continuity. This role bridges AI capabilities with customer service workflows to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI chatbot and AI agent solutions aligned to business use cases and intents
  • Own end-to-end conversation orchestration including decision logic and multi-step workflows
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as D365, SAP, Genesys, and knowledge bases
  • Develop APIs, middleware, and data pipelines to support AI interactions
  • Implement context-aware handoffs to live agents with full conversation continuity
  • Support prompt engineering, response tuning, and model interaction workflows
  • Optimize performance across latency, cost, and response accuracy
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and production readiness of AI solutions
  • Partner with BAs, product teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment across pilot and MVP phases
  • Monitor system performance and continuously improve AI capabilities
Requirements
Experience
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • 2-3+ years working with AI/ML or conversational AI
  • Experience building AI agents or orchestration frameworks
  • Strong experience integrating with enterprise systems (D365, SAP, Genesys)
  • Python, JavaScript, or Java
  • AI/LLM frameworks, APIs, and orchestration tools
  • REST APIs and microservices architecture
  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering
Preferred
  • Experience with platforms like Kore.ai, Cognigy, Yellow.ai
  • Multi-LLM orchestration experience
