Job description

SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled Korber Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess qualifications and hands-on experience with WMS business process and Korber system. The Business Analyst will work with end users, JDE analysts, and collaborate with other technical leads and SMEs.  Knowledge of JDE is seen as a nice to have. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • You will participate in the implementation of Korber (all phases). 
  • You will troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with the Körber Supply Chain, including reports and other 3rd party vendor software. 
  • You will interface with customer administrator and IT teams, project leaders, developers and implementors on support issues. 
  • You will quantify issues and provide supporting data if issues are escalated. 
  • You will develop and mentor operations team members as Warehouse Management System (WMS) Super Users and Trainers on warehouse and distribution best practices with WMS 
  • Document business needs. 
  • Participate in the development and execution of business solutions, systems, and services. 
  • Operate, design, and analyze business applications, integrations, and data recovery methods. 
  • Collaborate with company heads, stakeholders, customers, and process owners to determine financial, business, and operational requirements and goals. 
  • Follow management guidelines. Execute assigned tasks with high quality and on time. 
  • Arrange priorities according to management directions and guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with other business analysts to execute required tasks for new applications and enhancement of existing applications. 
  • Maintain software products to ensure they meet end-user demands. 
  • Analyze business requirements for modified and new business applications in collaboration with other business analysts and document fit/ gap analysis. 
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for end users. 
  • Follow guidelines, methods, and techniques for preparing and presenting business cases. 
  • Respond to assigned Helpdesk support tickets on time. 
  • Reach out to senior team members and SMEs for collaboration and building knowledge as needed. 
  • Ability to continuously learn and improve knowledge in relevant systems, modules, and technology.
  • Utilize available learning methods including self-learning and self-improvement to achieve knowledge required for successful system support and projects. 
  • Ability to work in teams and to collaborate with others to achieve goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 5 years of experience as a business analysis with Korber.
  • Experience in implementing and integrating systems.
  • Proficient in system requirements analysis, fit/gap analysis, and technical solutiondocumentation.
  • Ability to understand and work toward organizational goals and objectives, collaborating withvarious stakeholders.
  • Ability to align with organizational goals and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Logical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas for various audiences.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with strong prioritization skills.
  • Customer service-oriented.
