What You Will Work On

In this role, you lead how supply moves across the network, balancing cost, speed, and predictability to support business performance. Your work connects strategy to execution, translating priorities into integrated supply plans that improve flow, reduce waste, and strengthen network reliability. You play a critical role in shaping how the organization plans for demand, capacity, and constraints.
Working across functions, you drive integrated supply planning by managing constraints, smoothing freight flow, and aligning forecasts with operational realities. You build planning frameworks that connect Merchandising, Transportation, Finance, and Distribution Center Operations. Through dashboards, financial analysis, and scenario modeling, you guide decisions, forecast risk, and support long-term planning while ensuring alignment and adoption of new tools and processes.


Who You Will Work With

You partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, IT, and Distribution Center Operations to align priorities and drive results. You influence decision-making and challenge assumptions with data-driven insights.
You also lead and develop the Supply Chain Optimization team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across a highly cross-functional environment.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, vendor management, compliance, quality assurance, or logistics

  • 5+ years of people management experience

  • Proven track record of improving vendor performance, implementing compliance programs, or driving upstream supply chain improvements

  • Demonstrates the ability to identify waste, optimize processes, and drive measurable operational improvements

  • Manages integrated planning by connecting Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Distribution Center Operations

  • Brings forward insights, challenges assumptions, and influences senior leadership decision-making

  • Possesses strong Excel and Power BI skills

  • Maintains a strong understanding of TMS, ERP platforms, and supply chain systems

  • Communicates effectively and supports change management efforts

  • Applies financial acumen to develop ROI-driven business cases

  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed


Work Style & Physical Requirements

  • Requires on call after hours, including weekends

  • Works in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Regular in-office attendance is required
