Annual potential: up to $150,000 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Operations Manager to lead our service operations in Thornwood, NY. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day HVAC field operations, managing service and install teams, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency.

As the HVAC Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team, streamlining processes, and driving performance standards across service, maintenance, and installation departments.
