Position: Delivery Manager
Duties:
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end technology projects-including software implementation, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives-ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
  • Develop detailed project charters, work plans, and risk mitigation strategies to manage dependencies, technical challenges, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Direct cross-functional teams of software engineers, business analysts, and vendors in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with technical specifications, SLAs, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project governance meetings and technical status reviews, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Implement project management best practices, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps to track deliverables, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT leadership, end-users, and external partners, providing progress updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead post-implementation evaluations to assess system performance, identify process improvements, and inform future technology initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Computer Systems/Application Analyst, Project Manager, Delivery Manager or related position. Foreign education equivalent accepted.
