Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for the Knowledge Management Technician role that serves the organization. This role could be filled both onsite at a Government facility or at a contractor provided facility.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Knowledge Management Technician supports creation, updates, retirement, and maintenance of knowledge articles and support documentation.
Additionally, in this position you will:
  • Update knowledge articles.
  • Conduct article reviews and validation.
  • Format and publish content.
  • Support knowledge audits.
  • Track article lifecycle status.

Qualifications:
  • Two (2) years of technical documentation or knowledge management experience.
