Thompson & Horton LLP seeks an associate with four to six (4-6) years of litigation experience for their Austin office. A background in labor and employment, civil rights law, or education law is preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience including 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Title VI, Title IX, Title VII, the ADEA, FMLA, ADA, and Texas Labor Code Chapter 21. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with a solid academic record, effective writing and communication skills, as well as a commitment and desire to work efficiently on legal matters.
