The State Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of all operations across a given state. The State Manager has responsibility and accountability for driving Safety, controlling costs, developing the branch workforce, coordinating transportation, acting as the onsite supervisor for complex customized projects and successfully delivering modular space solutions to our customers. Success will be accomplished through value driven execution that fully complies with all WillScot policies and all relevant laws and regulations. The State Manager will maintain excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, strive for high customer satisfaction and excel in WillScots Core Values of Collaboration, Empowerment, Excellence, and Innovation.
Abilities and Other Requirements:
In order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, and to move about the work environment to receive training/coaching as well as to interact with peers as necessary. The employee must be able to verbally communicate with employees, co-workers and customers in person and by phone. Travel for training may be required. The ability to perform work in a professional office and shop environment and be able to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines, is required.

Base Wage Range:$168,100.00-$235,300.00
Individual rates are based on a variety of factors such as degrees or certifications, skill-level and years of experience, and include considerations such as expected overtime and variable compensation pay such as bonus or commission.
