Job description

FRONT OF HOUSE CREW WANTED - JOIN THE WAVE AT LAS OLAS
No experience? No worries.
If you've got energy, personality, and can smile under pressure (and maybe while holding a burrito), we'll teach you everything else.
Some nights & weekends required - but don't worry, we're closed by 9PM. You'll still have time to hit the beach, Netflix, or both.
About Us:
Las Olas is a fast-casual, Latin-inspired restaurant serving up the freshest burritos, tacos, and bowls in town. Everything we make is from scratch, to order, and with a lot of love (and guac).
Now Hiring: Front of House / Servers @ Las Olas Exeter, 30 Portsmouth Ave.
We're Looking For:
  • Afternoon & evening availability (no graveyard shifts here!)
  • Reliable transportation (hoverboard optional)
  • A clean, organized approach to chaos - and a love for teamwork
  • Friendly, upbeat energy - because burritos taste better when you're smiling
  • Basic prep and portioning skills (we'll train you up!)
  • Ability to learn fast, adapt faster, and roll with the crew
  • Must pass a background check

What You'll Get:
  • FREE shift meals - fuel up on the good stuff
  • Flexible schedules - part-time, full-time, or something in between
  • Medical, dental, vision - adulting made easier
  • Company perks & merch (because who doesn't want burrito swag?)
  • Pay up to $25+/hour (base $13 + a massive tip pool)

What You'll Do:
  • Steam burritos, use the flattop, and keep the front line flowing
  • Greet guests, handle cash, and spread the good vibes
  • Knock out basic prep projects and restock like a pro
  • Keep things clean, organized, and running smooth
  • Tackle dish and trash runs like a team player

If you're looking for a fun, fast-paced job with real growth, good pay, and even better tacos - this is your sign.
