Job description

Salary: $20/hr

Were looking for a part-time Property Manager Contractor to help keep our mobile home park in great shape! This is a flexible, hands-on contractor position with hours varying based on park needs we expect approximately6 hours per week during slower months and up to 20 hours per week during busier months. Compensation is $20/hr.


What youd do:

  • Spray weeds weekly during spring, summer, and fall
  • Blow and collect leaves once a week
  • Toss junk and help keep the park clean
  • Check and clean the laundry every other day
  • Help with small repairs and general upkeep
  • Post notices, communicate with tenants, and knock on doors when needed
  • Assist with move-ins and general park support
  • Film the park using a phone or GoPro to share updates with owners and help show the condition of the property
  • Let the Regional Manager know right away if anything comes up
