Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday | 1st/2nd Shift Doubles
(Weekend Warrior Program - Consistent Schedule + Enhanced Pay)

This role requires an active Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) certification and active listing on the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry.

  • A Medical Assistant (MA)
  • An STNA not yet certified as a KMA
  • A Medication Aide certified in another state (including Ohio)

We are seeking Kentucky Medication Aides (KMAs) who are reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent care - especially in a consistent weekend role.


Weekend Warrior Schedule (Doubles)
  • Every Saturday & Sunday
  • 1st/2nd Shift Double Coverage
  • Consistent, predictable schedule
  • No rotating shifts

This role is ideal for KMAs who prefer:

Pay & Incentives
  • Base pay: $20.50-$25.00/hr (based on experience)
  • Weekend differential: +$1.00/hr
  • Medical opt-out: +$3.00/hr (if qualified)

Total effective hourly rate can exceed $29.00/hr


Role Summary

As a Weekend Warrior KMA, you will:

  • Administer medications safely and accurately
  • Document in EMR
  • Monitor residents and report changes
  • Support nursing staff and overall care environment

Important:
As part of our care model, KMAs are expected to:

  • Routinely assist with STNA-level duties
  • Be flexible to support staffing needs
  • Occasionally work a full shift in an aide capacity if needed

This is a team-first role, not a med-pass-only position.
