A KMA (Medication Aide) is responsible for administering routine medications to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, documenting medication distribution, and observing residents for any adverse reactions. In addition to medication-related tasks, you may also help residents with daily living activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations. You will frequently collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive coordinated, high-quality care.
