Job description

Job Summary:
Rigid Tactical is seeking a highly qualified International SOF Information/Knowledge Management Subject Matter Expert to support USSOCOM J3-I operations. This position is responsible for the complex management, collection, analysis, and dissemination of data across multiple network domains to ensure effective information management for partner nations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, collect, analyze, and disseminate critical partner nation data across SIPR, NIPR, BICES, and APAN network domains simultaneously.
• Draft an Information Management (IM) plan and program describing how each team member will search, locate, meta-tag, file, and update information relevant to J3-I.
• Coordinate the J3-I IM/KM plan and activities with Command Knowledge Management (KM) representatives to ensure consistency and seamless access across the broader USSOCOM enterprise.
• Coordinate with J3-I representatives from the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence (USW-I) BICES program to ensure strict consistency between information provided on SIPR and BICES, adhering strictly to established Foreign Disclosure policies.
• Draft and maintain interactive IM products that enable clear visual analysis of USSOCOM and Department of War (DoW) PN networks.
• Develop and maintain J3-I long- and short-range operational calendars.
• Develop and maintain profiles presenting unit overviews rich in higher-level details, recent employment history, unit performance in recent operations, and key leader engagement (KLE) results.
• Build and manage an overarching directory framework formatted for easy incorporation into a comprehensive tool suite across all four domains (SIPR, NIPR, BICES, APAN). Utilize the Microsoft Office family of IM tools and other geospatial management tools to feed the international SOF Common Operational Picture (SOFCOP).
• Maintain structured databases on SIPR, NIPR, and BICES enabling rapid search and information recovery for J3-I Situation Reports (SITREPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and partner nation data.
• Document internal J3-I organizational structures, processes, and performance metrics to institutionalize knowledge and mitigate personnel turnover.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• Master’s degree in IT (or related field) with 3+ years of experience in content strategy, business process engineering, and multinational information management.
• Hands-on proficiency with KM platforms (SharePoint, Confluence), SQL, CMS platforms, data analytics, and Microsoft Office productivity architectures.
• Proven technical proficiency operating within and managing data across SIPR, NIPR, BICES, and APAN environments.
• Demonstrated experience implementing KM/IM programs, metadata tagging schemas, and cross-domain data synchronization within USSOCOM, a TSOC, or a Joint staff environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office information management suites and geospatial management tools.
• Practical understanding of Foreign Disclosure policies and data sharing restrictions with international partners.
