Job Overview:
  • Responsible for leading the startup and overall management of a new warehouse operation, including layout design, process development, inventory control, and team leadership.
  • Oversees warehouse functions such as receiving, storage, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Drives operational efficiency through KPI monitoring, SAP-based inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations management.
  • Experience in warehouse start-up or new facility setup.
  • Strong experience with SAP for inventory management and logistics operations.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse processes.
  • Experience in team leadership and workforce management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a hands-on operational environment.
