QuickPro Staffing is hiring Kitting Associates for a growing manufacturing and packaging operation in Lebanon, Ohio. This position is responsible for assembling, packaging, labeling, and preparing products according to customer specifications and production requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and kit products according to work instructions, customer specifications, and production orders.
  • Accurately count, sort, and organize components used in kits.
  • Package finished products using boxes, bags, cartons, labels, and other packaging materials.
  • Inspect products and components for quality, accuracy, and defects.
  • Follow production schedules and meet established production goals.
  • Read and follow written work instructions and basic production documentation.
  • Maintain accurate counts and ensure the correct components are included in each kit.
  • Label and identify finished products correctly.
  • Operate basic production and packaging equipment as trained.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and attendance policies.
  • Communicate any quality issues, missing materials, or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, assembly, or kitting experience preferred.
