Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and safety-conscious Shipping and Kitting Personnel to join our team. This role focuses on preparing kits for production, packaging finished goods, and ensuring accurate and timely shipping of products. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble kits according to production requirements and verify accuracy of components.
  • Prepare and package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Pick, stage, and organize materials for kitting and shipping based on work orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using scanning systems or manual logs.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure packaging quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock management tasks.
  • Keep the shipping and kitting areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in shipping, kitting, or warehouse operations.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Use of flame activated tool to wrap/seal materials.

Work Environment
