Overview

Fulfillment Associate

Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Integration Center, the Fulfillment Associate performs the duties required for all asset tagging, kitting, re-kitting and reduced packing projects. The Fulfillment Associate gathers data for projects and assists the Integration Center staff members on work projects. This is a first shift position.ย

Responsibilities

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assemble production kits by accurately reading and following detailed specifications and designs

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure precision and efficiency with 99% accuracy on average production outputs

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Organize, stock, and maintain raw materials to support the flow of production

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Work closely with production leadership to meet daily goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Step up with flexibility-tackling new tasks as assigned and collaborating across departments

Degree requirements:ย  High School or equivalency

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  One or more years experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  One or more years experience in material handling or equivalent experience.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to consistency and quality
