Job description

Kitchen Manager

As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and efficient service. You’ll manage kitchen staff, control inventory and costs, and collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards. This role reports to the Executive Chef or Food & Beverage Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily FOH & BOH operations
  • Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
  • Train, schedule, and manage staff
  • Control inventory, ordering, and labor
  • Handle guest concerns professionally
  • Manage POS systems (Micros, Toast, etc.)
     

Qualifications:

    • 2+ years hotel or restaurant supervisory experience
    • Hotel experience preferred
    • POS system proficiency required
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)
