Your Role
As the Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee the daily operation of the kitchen while ensuring meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising and leading kitchen staff.
  • Assisting with food preparation, baking, cooking, and kitchen sanitation.
  • Ensuring company recipes and food safety procedures are followed.
  • Maintaining quality, portion control, and inventory standards.
  • Working collaboratively within a secure correctional facility.
  • Helping create an efficient, organized, and positive work environment.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Leads by example with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Can lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Is comfortable working in a structured correctional environment.
  • Can read and follow standardized recipes and company procedures.
  • Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance for the correctional facility.
  • Availability to work rotating weekends and holidays.
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Previous food service, kitchen, or supervisory experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and leadership potential.
