Adair Kitchen - Prep Cook (San Antonio, TX)
As a prep cook, you'll set the tone with all of the food preparation, and any other duties that pertain to the back of the house. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow. You should be able to follow recipes and take directions from the manager to ensure quick and accurate orders. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.
