Lakeview Food Service is looking for an occasional substitute to fill in as needed in the Kitchen. On Call Basis.
Description:
  • Assists in routine sanitation of the kitchen and related equipment, including washing dishes, cleaning and maintaining food preparation and storage areas.
  • Adheres to all District policies and procedures.
  • Observes all safety precautions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of storing of food items and supplies.
  • Ability to lift/unload food, dishes, and supplies up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Good communications skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Working Environment & Equipment Used: The job's functions requires the following physical demands: occasional lifting (30 pounds maximum), carrying, pushing and/or pulling; and significant reaching, handling, speaking, hearing, and fine finger dexterity; frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Pay range between $15.94 and $18.00 depending on years of experience.
