Villa Cesare is seeking a dependable, hands-on Kitchen Manager to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and can lead kitchen operations during both large-scale events and daily service needs.

The Kitchen Manager will work directly under Corporate Chef Saul Ramos and play a key role in executing events, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring the overall facility operates smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and run kitchen operations during banquets, weddings, private events, and daily functions
  • Coordinate with Corporate Chef on prep, execution, staffing, and kitchen standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas
  • Manage inventory, storage, labeling, and food rotation
  • Assist with ordering and receiving deliveries
  • Ensure proper sanitation and food safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Handle light facility maintenance and general upkeep around the property as needed
