We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food service regulations. This position supports the Food Service Director by maintaining efficient kitchen workflows, enforcing sanitation standards, and assisting with inventory and production processes. The ideal candidate has a culinary background and experience in kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain ingredient and supply levels, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely restocking.
  • Collaboration with Chefs: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth food preparation, proper portioning, and adherence to recipes and quality standards.
  • Culinary Expertise: Apply knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking standards, and menu planning to support kitchen efficiency and meal consistency.
  • Tray Ticket & Production Sheet Management: Print, organize, and distribute tray tickets and production sheets to ensure accurate meal preparation and dietary compliance.
  • Sanitation & Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Support to Food Service Director: Assist in implementing policies and procedures that align with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
