Our company is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Kitchen Manager to lead our team of culinary professionals. Don't miss out on this opportunity - apply today! Our menu ranges from salads to steaks, all served in a comfortable atmosphere, with the added bonus of guests being able to take home fresh baked goods from our in-house bakery. We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who can uphold our tradition of excellence and ensure that every meal served meets our high standards.


Position Title: Kitchen Manager


Job Description: The Kitchen Manager position requires previous experience in casual dining. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for supervising and directing staff activities, ensuring that the kitchen maintains clean and sanitary conditions at all times. This individual will also handle accounting and administrative duties, including monitoring food and labor costs according to company policy. The right candidate must have the ability to stand and remain mobile for a 12-hour shift, as well as lift 25-50 lbs. While overseeing the overall operation of the kitchen is the main focus of the job, the Kitchen Manager will also be expected to manage the entire restaurant, including the front of house, with a strong emphasis on providing friendly and efficient guest service.
