The Executive Kitchen Manager at Goop Kitchen will be responsible for overseeing the daily culinary operations of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes in line with our clean, health-conscious standards. This position will work closely with the Sr. Director of Kitchen Operations, Area CDC, and kitchen staff to maintain the integrity of our menu, drive innovation in our offerings, and support Goop Kitchen's mission of promoting nutritious, flavorful, and sustainable eating.

Requirements

  • Culinary Leadership: Lead kitchen operations, ensuring that all food preparation and presentation meet Goop Kitchen's high standards for health-conscious and allergen-friendly meals.
  • Menu Execution: Oversee the consistent execution of Goop Kitchen's menu items, including recipe adherence, portion control, and ingredient quality.
