We are searching for an experienced dishwasher to join our talented team here at Pardo's. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate dishwashing equipment, including industrial dishwashers, sinks, and drying racks.
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly.
  • Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in their designated areas.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and restocking whenever needed.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal.
  • Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the kitchen manager promptly.
