Southpaws Perfect Pizza & Sports Pub in Albany, OR, is on the hunt for a dependable and organized Daytime Kitchen Manager to take charge of our kitchen operations. What You'll Be Doing

As our Daytime Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations. - Managing inventory and placing orders to keep the kitchen stocked and ready. - Leading and supporting a team of kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and service. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. - Jumping in to assist with food prep and service whenever needed.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of kitchen/restaurant management experience. - A strong understanding of ordering and inventory management. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - A reliable and proactive approach to keeping the kitchen running smoothly. - A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to work alongside your staff.

Schedule Details
  • Approximately 30 hours per week.
