Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our kitchen in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires a passionate leader with a strong background in food service, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and hospitality. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring that food preparation and presentation meet our brand standards, and maintaining compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. In this position, the Kitchen Manager will lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and consistent performance. Responsibilities include training and developing kitchen team members, managing inventory and food costs, monitoring kitchen equipment and cleanliness, and working closely with the General Manager to deliver a smooth and efficient service. The successful candidate will bring at least two years of kitchen management experience, a deep understanding of kitchen operations, and a strong desire to contribute to the continued success and reputation of Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
