MOZZ Sourdough Pizza is on the hunt for kitchen manager legends to join our Back of House crew! If you've got a passion for food, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of a fun, tight-knit team, keep reading.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading a team to be crafting artisan pizzas and prepping top-tier ingredients like a pro
  • Cooking up our signature pies with precision and speed
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly
  • Staying sharp on food safety and sanitation (we take it very seriously!)
  • Teaming up with Front of House employees to get orders out fast and fresh
  • Full Time hours can range from 32-40 hours per week (we make no guarantee of 40+)
  • Managing a crew of 5-8 people including training, coaching, writing prep lists, placing orders, etc

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of kitchen management experience under your belt with a proven track record of success
  • Solid to expert cooking know-how + solid food safety awareness
  • Cool under pressure - you can juggle tasks without breaking a sweat
