We're opening an exciting new pizza restaurants and looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who brings energy, expertise, and leadership to the heart of our kitchen. If you’re a BOH pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in training, building and leading a high-performing team, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead all kitchen operations: prep, production, food quality, and line execution

· Manage, train and mentor BOH team members; Develop a strong bench of leaders ready to take the next step in their career!

· Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health code compliance

· Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and ordering with demonstration of strong business acumen.

· Work directly with leadership to develop and improve systems and standards

· Be a key player in building a positive, professional kitchen culture from day one

What You Bring:

· 5+ years of back-of-house restaurant experience (pizza or high-volume preferred)

· Proven leadership in a kitchen manager or sous chef role

· Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

· Experience and strong understanding in inventory management, ordering, labor and cost controls

· Ability to lead, train, develop and motivate staff. 

· Food Safety Certification and experience with health inspections

· Reliable, driven, organized, and passionate about great food
