We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager for our Topsham, ME location who is ready to make a lasting impact.


What You Will Do


As Kitchen Manager, you will have full ownership of all back-of-house operations, including:


  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Leading the hiring, training, and ongoing development of all BOH team members
  • Conducting weekly inventory assessments and managing ordering patterns to maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Preparing and receiving food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitoring and validating daily prep production
  • Driving guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability in alignment with company policies and procedures
