Position Overview

Fresh recognizes that our kitchen staff are an integral part of our team. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, a Line Cook will be preparing and assembling all of our signature dishes in our busy restaurants. Assigned to specific stations, Line Cooks work together to ensure guests are satisfied by providing their meal quickly and completing quality control. The ideal candidate would be a team player who can communicate clearly while working in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.

What Are We Looking For? 
  • Open and flexible availability from 8 AM to 12 AM, including evenings and weekends
  • Able to complete physically demanding tasks – standing for long periods, lifting 50 lbs, bending and reaching, etc.
  • Comfortable with handling a knife and cleaning solutions
  • Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or fast food chain (bonus)
