Duties include managing vendor relationships, controlling costs, fostering recipe/menu accuracy, maintaining culinary excellence and upholding sanitation standards.


Kitchen Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and elevated guest experiences
  • Provide hands-on leadership across food preparation, execution, and service standards
  • Participate in par management, purchasing, ordering, inventories, food cost control and scheduling
  • Train, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals
  • Adhere to established recipes & menus

Kitchen Manager Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive culinary experience in full-service restaurants
  • 2+ years of kitchen oversight (as Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine)
